Flying to Canberra every week usually the 07h30 flight from Sydney to Canberra airport. The flight is a 50 minute flight either on a 737 or Dash 8 Turbo Prop. We are all staying - most of the team fly in, at the Central Motel and Apartments in Queanbeyan which is located in NSW and not the ACT.  In other words we have to cross the border every day into the ACT.

Photograph of the motel at Queanbeyan. Comfortable and cheaper than Canberra, when hotel rooms can reach $750 per night. The kitchen makes a great and reasonably priced breakfast.
Entrance to the project office - Fairbourne office park - situated opposite the airport.
