A public holiday in Australia - most Australians spend the day either on the beach (all of the major cities with the exception of Canberra are located on the coast) or at home having a barbie (barbeque or braai).
We opted for a barbie and invited Sandra and Dirk around for lunch. Adrian joined us for lunch as well. The day was a sweltering 35 degrees C with high humidity.
